FurryLoft™ Duo Dog Leash

So far I love this dual retractable leash. I have two dogs the two sleeping beauties in the bed but, dog sit the other two the Shiba Inu and Cockerdashian; mostly the cockerdashian. This way I can walk three at a time two on the dual and one on a single retractable and one by themselves.

I can’t believe more companies don’t offer a leash like this. I don’t know what I’d do without it. Like other people said, sometimes you have to help it along to turn. It doesn’t really bother me. Its much easier than trying to handle three leashes at once. It also makes a pretty loud whirring sound when the leashes retract. That’s slightly obnoxious. I wish they offered options for longer leashes. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks now, so I can’t speak to it’s quality as far as durability.

I already use retractable leashes and they work well when the wife and I take the furr-kids for walks. When I walk them by myself the leashes tangle constantly. FurryLoft solves that problem beautifully. The leash is shorter (10ft) but that doesn't detract from the usefulness. Color coded buttons makes it easier to manage each pet. Almost impossible to get twisted, and the few times it did it was so easy to untwist just by spinning the spool.

It definitely makes walking with my dogs easier now. Love it!

Awesome product. Love the no tangle feature. Wish it had a little more ft to it. And it gets tricky if one of your dog runs behind you. Still learning but love the product so far!

This has made walking my daughters 2 corgis pleasant. No more over the head, under the feet and twirl. Her corgis are about 30 lbs and 15 lbs and they pull hard if they are not in their walking collars but still worked great. Only wish would be longer leash length so they could roam more.

Best leash ever! Works great to walk 2 dogs. It extends to the perfect length, not too short not too long and leaves plenty of room for each dog to sniff and do there own thing without restricting the other.

Only used it once so far but wow! So much easier when taking both dogs out they can both sniff, pee, and poop at their own pace and it rarely tangles because of the swivel. We have a 10lb and 50lb dog. I’ll update if breaks or has issues early on.

This is the best invention ever. I’ve read some other reviews about this breaking after a short time. I have two dogs 10lbs and less. I cannot see this working for up to 50lbs and I wish the cables were longer than 10’ but for my two littles this is the perfect thing and it works flawlessly. I love being able to control each Individually so I can allow one some space to potty while the other is held back. If you have medium to small guys and don’t let them drag you I see it lasting. It is well built not cheaply made at all but I could see how this could break in different situations. I’m sold and will buy again if I have to.

I honestly thought I would never be able to walk my dogs at the same time. I had tried everything.. spilters, one no leash, two set length ones, but all were unfair to both dogs as they have different speeds. This is a gift

Amazing dog leash for two dogs approximately 15 pounds each dog. Swivels when one decides to go the other direction, and not a very heavy handle. I have also used it with my larger dog on one side and it seems fine she is 60 pounds. But she doesn’t pull.Length is just right. In my opinion

So far so good. This is an absolute GENIUS product. I hesitated to buy it for a while just because I’m weird that way, but after I tripped and fell in the street yesterday morning while trying to untangle 2 leashes, I was done and my hesitation disappeared. Thank goodness for same day delivery. The dogs didn’t notice any difference. The bright colors of the leashes and the brake control buttons are great when the sun starts to set. And the swivel works well. It may not immediately untangle the lines. In fact, they wrapped themselves around a few times, but it will do what it’s designed to do! If you’re hesitating, stop. Buy it and save yourself the drama.

I love this! We've used it for two walks with our 2yr old & 6 month old miniature Schnauzers. It is so much better than two individual leashes or the coupler I ordered a couple of months ago. With the coupler, they were very restricted in direction (one had to go where the other wanted). With this, you have two individual 10' max retractable leashes. The retractable part swivels so that the leashes untangle on their own pretty quickly after twisting. I can keep one leash shorter than the other as our 6 month old is like a bull in a china closet and runs into our 2 year old, which he doesn't like at all. They can go in opposite directions or the same. Once they've gotten their initial energy worn off, I can let both leashes out to the 10 ft. max. Having two different colors is very helpful and the retraction buttons are color coded to the leash. I'm not sure how well it would work for larger dogs, but it works great for us. The 2year old is 22 lbs and the 6 month old is 17 lbs.

This leash made walking my two dogs fun again! One of my dogs walks slow and the other one runs in front of him, then behind him - all over the place. They were always getting tangled up with two leashes and I would have one arm going one way and the other arm with the other leash going the complete opposite direction. Since I got this leash I can take them both out easily. When the puppy runs around the other dog, the leash just snaps back into place. I love this - no more tangles. The puppy will always stick close by now because she knows that the other dog (who weighs more) will just keep walking, and she will end up getting pulled that way, so now she just comes with the first slight tug from the other dog. If this leash ever breaks, I would immediately buy another one - I cannot take my two dogs for a walk without it.

I have 2 rambunctious fur babies both about 40 lbs. We walk at least an hour everyday. So far this double retractable dog leash had been amazing! It is so nice being able to have one handed control. I always put Lucy on the right and Suzy on the left. It makes it easy to remember which button to push. Now I want custom colors to match thier harness!

I used it myself yesterday twice. It works really well. I hope it lasts a us a good while. We walk all three lille ones all about 12 pounds or under each. Two walk together with one of those things and the third--the biggest of the group walks alone on the other. Now we only have to carry one thing in our hands to walk all three. This is excellent for my husband who got this as a gift for father's day because he has arthritis in both hands. Makes it easier on him.

THIS IS THE COOLEST THING EVER!!! I just got it in today!! I used to HATE taking my two Westies for a walk! I had two leashes and I spent the enite walk untwisting them, switching hands with the leashes, turning around trying to untangle myself!! I wouldn't even take them walking unless I had to because it was so miserable and so much work!! Not anymore! Granted, they are fast and can still get even this leash crossed up every once in awhile, but that's NOTHING compared to what I was dealing with! We have taken two walks already and both were pleasant and enjoyable for all 3 of us! I read the reviews for this before I ordered it and some had said they didn't think it was long enough, but I think it's perfect for my two smaller dogs! I would not want them any further from me than they can get with this leash! If you are walking two dogs at the same time, I cannot say enough good things about trying this dual leash!!

My 2 Schnauzers like to do their "business" away from one another but carrying two leashes is such a drag. I needed retractables so they could have their space and this leash works perfectly! We walk multiple times a day and this leash helps for a more enjoyable walk. The only negative is not the fault of the leash.....one pup can get behind and then the leash can tangle you with it if one is in front and one behind. I just watch for this and quickly pull it over my head so no tangle.

I have 2 Morkies that weigh roughly 10lbs each. Recently I underwent shoulder surgery, and it is impossible for me to walk both dogs at the same time. Thankfully I found this leash. It has been a huge help for me, and I'm so happy that I purchased it. Does it tangle? Very rarely and it is so simple to just rotate where the leashes are attached to untangle them. I can't speak to if it would hold a dog larger than 50lbs, but the lease is very sturdy. My dogs sway in and out and all around when they walk and this leash makes it so easy to walk them. If you have 2 dogs, this is a must.

This thing is AWESOME if you have 2 or more dogs. I was worried about the "50lb" weight limit...because our two dogs are between 50-60lbs, but we've had no issues with them on this leash. Even when they run off and pull it right to the end of it's rope, it still has no problem extracting back to normal. I also love that the leashes are different colors and that you can lock each one individually. One of our dogs is a lot more rambunctious than the other, so that feature has come in very handy for keeping him at bay while we're walking both dogs. Bottom line, this has saved us a lot of time and headache by only having to make one trip outside, instead of two...especially when it's raining or snowing outside!

Love it! I use it to walk 2 small dogs - one 6 lbs and one about 15 lbs. It is much easier and safer to be able to control both dogs in one hand. I find myself enjoying our walks more and walking more as a result, it’s good for all of us! I particularly appreciate it when we have hired dogwalkers, friends and family taking them out - it just feels safer for our beloved pups when folks unaccustomed to having the pair are taking them. And we all spend a lot less time fumbling to untange leashes .. No issues at all, we love it!

I have two small terriers, and walking them on separate leashes was a nightmare, mainly involving tangles when one would want to go one way and the other in an opposite direction. This dual retractable leash has solved the problem and taken the headache out of our daily walks. The fact that each may go his own way, restricted only by the length of the cord, is one of the most amazing and helpful attributes of this leash. Occasionally, there will still be a tangle or two, but it is easily put right by simply rotating the "drum" which houses the cords. Though a few reviewers found this item somewhat flimsy and poorly made -- and I recognize that my dogs, though quite energetic, are each under 20lbs --I have found the furryloft duo dog leash sturdy, well made, and easy to handle. I definitely recommend it, and will buy one again when needed.

This purchase not only made me happy, it also made my pups happy too! Previously I spent most of my time on our walks, shifting my leashes back and forth to keep the dogs untangled until I got this cool leash. Now all I must do is swivel the rotating head of the leash holder and they are immediately untangled. Even more exciting is how easy it is to simply extend the leash over my head when my mutts try to switch sides behind me.

We just got this in the mail today and took our dogs out for a walk and all I have to say is AMAZING! We have 2 little 10 pound dogs and they constantly cross over each other and this leash kept up with them and not once did one of them get twisted up at all. We were always having to fix their leashes and and if 2 of us were walking 1 dog each, we would constantly be untangling each other from them. This is so very cool and we absolutely love it! I highly recommend it to anyone who has 2 dogs.

This is the second dual leash I've bought for my two long haired dachshunds. Having them both on the same leash that doesn't tangle up due to how it rotates 360 degrees is really nice. The first leash lasted for a few years before the non-slip rubber coating on the handle was torn off after being dragged across pavement. It's a great leash if you have 2 dogs and don't want to use 2 leashes.

I have 2 small Jack Russell mixes and this product is something that I wish I had found sooner! It is absolutely perfect. You can press the button lightly to quickly halt the leash, or press fully to lock at that length. The length works well for me, I wouldn't want it to be much longer. I do not have the tangling issue that other reviews seem to have. The portion where the leashes retract into rotates so that when the dogs cross over each other, the guides cross with them. Every so often I do physically rotate the compartment if the leashes cross over and do not realign themselves, but it's quick and easy to do.

I saw this as click bait on Facebook and ordered it the same day! I've been walking both of my dogs on individual retractable leashes for YEARS. I've gotten so used to the way my dogs move on the leash that I've become a master at the twists and turns and yoga moves required to keep them untangled. This leash has made my daily walks SO much easier! Instead of having to anticipate their movements so none of us gets wrapped in the cable... I can just relax and walk my dogs. This leash is everything I never knew I needed and now I can't imagine living without it!

This has worked great for my dogs. I have two chichuahuas and a rat terrier. This has been so helpful when walking 2. They are small dogs so sometimes I have to tape the wheel part so that it turns and doesn’t get tangled. It has made walking much more enjoyable for us. Definitely try this if you need to walk two dogs at once. I had tried a leash splitter but the dogs didn’t like having to be so close to each other. The splitter is helpful though when I want to walk all 3 and just attach it to one of the lines.

I absolutely love this leash. Separate leashes are fine when there are two people walking the dogs, but when it's me by myself, this is perfect. My dogs are both 22-26 lbs and the swivel and retract features work perfectly for walking the two of them. It allows them their own space to explore, and if one stops to pee, then the other isn't jerked to a stop like on traditional double leashes. I also like that it's much more lightweight than a traditional double leash. I will be buying a second one as a backup!
