We offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee on defective products only - purchased directly from FurryLoft™. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@furryloft.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Cancellations
You must contact us within 3 hours of placing the order.
We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped or it has been more then 12 hours after placing the order.
Modifying Your Order
Please contact us within 3 hours if you need to modify your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FurryLoft™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FurryLoft™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@furryloft.com.
